Michelle Jones, LPC, SEP

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner whose work is grounded in the belief that healing is not about becoming someone different, but about finding our way back to ourselves.

I earned my Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Fort Hays State University. My early career in education and elementary school counseling shaped my belief in the importance of feeling safe, seen, and understood.

My work is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in Somatic Experiencing. I help clients slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and make space for experiences that may have been difficult to feel or put into words.

I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I believe psychedelics, when approached thoughtfully and with therapeutic support, can open doors to parts of ourselves that may be difficult to access through our usual ways of thinking and understanding.

My own journey of healing has deepened my understanding of grief, trauma, resilience, vulnerability, and the courage it takes to truly know ourselves. It has taught me that healing is rarely linear and that growth often begins when we meet ourselves with compassion rather than judgment.

My hope is to create a space where you can exhale, reconnect with yourself, and begin to trust your own inner wisdom.

Healing isn’t about leaving our stories behind. It’s about finding a different way to live with them—feeling more at home in ourselves, even with the parts of our story that still hurt.
